As VP of Engineering at TPConnects, Yevhen leads the entire Engineering and Quality organization of 80+ specialists (Backend, Frontend, QA, etc.). He shapes the company’s tech strategy by aligning it with business goals, while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. With ambitious plans ahead, his focus is on scaling teams effectively and embedding best practices across the organization.
