2

Speakers: Nikoletta Bocak, Kateryna Volkovinska, Lukasz Jarochowski, and Rozalina Brachkova

About the topic

Have you ever had that moment when a Product wants to move fast, Engineering says “not without refactoring”, and suddenly the roadmap feels like a battlefield? If yes, you’re definitely not alone.
In this panel, TPConnects’ Product and Engineering leaders share how they address everyday challenges, including staying aligned during roadmap planning, handling disagreements, scaling communication, managing technical debt, and keeping teams focused in a fast-evolving industry.

What we will cover

How Product and Engineering build alignment during roadmap and Train planning.

What healthy tension looks like — and how teams handle disagreements constructively.

How alignment is preserved during execution: sprints, releases, and cross-team handoffs.

How teams balance technical debt, performance demands, and innovation.

What each side has learned from the other while working on complex travel systems.

WHY TO JOIN OUR MEETUP

The first Warsaw meetup fully dedicated to Travel Tech with hands-on speakers from TPConnects on stage.

Get a clear view of how Product and Engineering work together in real TravelTech.

Ask direct questions to our speakers and hear what really works in practice.

Build connections that may open doors. Sometimes right when you least expect it.

HOW IT STARTED

TRAVEL TECH MEETUP:
ENGINEERING & NETWORKING

Our first Travel Tech: Engineering & Networking meetup in April brought together an engaged and curious audience, creating a vibrant atmosphere for knowledge-sharing and connection. We had meaningful conversations and the room stayed full until the very end. The format proved to resonate and we’re excited to continue.

CHALLENGES IN TRAVEL TECH MEETUP

Our June meetup brought together two perspectives: the technical side of architecture and testing, and the strategic view of engineering leadership. TPC speakers, James Livingston, Solution Architect and Yevhen Taran, VP of Engineering, shared their real-world experience addressing both architectural and organizational challenges in fast-growing Travel Tech.

AI х TRAVEL TECH:
FROM CODE TO LEADERSHIP

Our third meetup explored how AI is transforming software engineering and modern tech leadership. TPC speakers shared two perspectives: the hands-on use of AI coding tools in everyday development and the evolving AI-driven approach to leading engineering teams. They discussed examples from their work, highlighting the technical benefits and the organizational shifts driven by AI in Travel Tech.

WHY TO JOIN OUR MEETUP

Discover what happens behind the scenes of global travel platforms.

See how industry leaders approach challenges in travel tech.

Ask direct questions to companies’ representatives and get answers to what truly interests you.

Explore the travel tech landscape and discover where your expertise might fit in the future.

Build connections that may open doors — sometimes right when you least expect it.
